Compliance Audits: For established clients we offer periodic review of employee files and benefit offerings to ensure that they are fully compliant with local HR legislation, competitive and meet industry best practice standards. Updating of statements of employment and job descriptions is offered to our clients.

Performance Management & Skills Assessment Testing: Details offers practical testing for a variety of  positions. We will design and administer customized performance management systems; facilitate appraisal meetings with employees, and develop progression and improvement plans for employees.

Immigration Management: Should our clients want to employ a candidate that requires a Work Permit we will liaise with candidates to ensure they fully understand the immigration process and requirements; review all documentation to confirm they are in order and prepare the work permit applications for submission. For relocating employees we will assist spouses and family members with their immigration applications and provide guidance on school applications for children, securing of housing, procuring of driver’s licenses, and coordination of shipments of personal affects.

Training Design & Delivery: This service includes assessing skill levels against job requirements; identifying key improvement areas and designing development plans to meet your organization’s requirements.  We can delivery access to over 3,600 training programs, as well as administer customized online skill testing in a variety core functions, including accounting and technology.

Labor Relations (Union & Non Union) & Dispute Mediation: If you are dealing with sensitive issues affecting an employee, we can provide guidance and assist with discipline issues, and are able to make referrals to various helping services.

Outplacement Services: For your employees facing a career transition, we provide Outplacement Services to groups or individuals of any organization.
